I'm a patient. How do I sign up for the patient portal?
To ensure your privacy and security, access to the patient portal must be initiated by your healthcare provider. Please contact your OB-GYN’s office directly and request an invitation to join their digiChart patient portal. Our support team cannot grant access on behalf of your clinic.
Is this the correct login page for me?
This page provides access to the original digiChart system. If your provider’s office has recently notified you that they have upgraded their software to the new digi2.0 platform, you will need to use the new, specific portal link that they provided to you.
